Boise Cascade, headquartered in Boise, Idaho, has acquired a 120,000-square-foot property at 1300 Allendale Road in an all-cash transaction from Brown Distributing. This acquisition will serve to bolster Boise Cascade’s Pompano Beach branch located at 1341 Northwest 15th Street.
The seller’s broker reports that Robert Smith and Kirk Nelson from CBRE led the team representing the seller, while David Oxios and Gabriel Garcia-Menocal from NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale, along with Peter Oliver from TOK Commercial, represented the buyer.
Constructed in 1987, the property encompasses a climate-controlled warehouse spanning 91,120 square feet, a two-story office building covering 20,000 square feet, a truck court, and an auto service garage on 9.8 acres.
Boise Cascade, under the guidance of Nate Jorgensen, specializes in wholesale distribution and manufacturing of wood and plywood materials.
Brown Distributing, led by Reid and Jason Brown, originated as a cherry-flavored soda distributor in 1919. It has since evolved into a beer distribution company based in Richmond, Virginia.
