Gaston Reboredo is a highly accomplished individual with a wealth of experience in various facets of the real estate industry. Since 1989, he has been deeply involved in brokering, managing, developing, and financing properties. Over the years, Gaston has demonstrated his expertise in overseeing a large multifamily portfolio for over a decade, managing extensive commercial space, and supervising a substantial residential portfolio consisting of over 800 single-family homes.
Furthermore, Gaston has actively participated in real estate development projects in both Florida and North Carolina. His versatile skill set includes arranging syndications, spearheading developments, securing financing, and managing real estate endeavors from their inception. He holds several prestigious designations in real estate management, including the CPM designation (Certified Property Manager) awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Gaston also holds the esteemed CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member), recognized as the pinnacle of expertise in Commercial Real Estate, and the GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtors Institute).
His educational background is equally impressive, with a B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering, an MBA with a concentration in Finance, and a Certificate in Real Estate Investment Analysis from MIT. Additionally, Gaston holds a Certificate in Digital Business Transformation from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
Active in various professional associations, Gaston is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the National Association of Residential Property Managers, the CCIM Institute, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale. He has held significant leadership roles in these organizations, including serving as Director and President’s liaison.
Gaston’s extensive involvement also extends to leadership positions such as Vice-President of the South Florida Chapter of IREM and Chapter Secretary in 2013, Florida CCIM Chapter President in 2012, and CCIM Institute Regional Vice-President in 2013. He has been an active participant in numerous committees within these organizations.
