Rvssian Demands Price for his Miami Springs Residence

Renowned reggaeton and dancehall producer Tarik “Rvssian” Johnston, known for his collaborations with artists like Bad Bunny, is putting his Miami Springs residence on the market at a striking price per square foot, even by Fisher Island standards.

The 891-square-foot home, built in 1947, has undergone extensive renovations and features a sleek, modern aesthetic with gray-and-white fixtures and a minimalist ambiance. The property has a spacious kitchen, gleaming floors, and a well-groomed backyard on a 7,600-square-foot lot with room for six vehicles.

At $2,806 per square foot, the two-bedroom, 1.5-bath home surpasses the city’s median per-square-foot listing of $484. In comparison, the property is roughly one-fourth of what soccer icon Lionel Messi is rumored to be paying for his expansive 10,500-square-foot, eight-bedroom estate in Fort Lauderdale’s Bay Colony.

The property addresses jet noise and soot accumulation in the neighborhood, which has long contended with jet noise and soot accumulation on cars and roofs. Johnston’s cutting-edge recording space, outfitted in orange-and-black hues, boasts top-of-the-line equipment like Genelec monitors, an Argosy studio console, Avid S1 mixing desk, and the coveted Tube Tech CL1B compressor.

Miami Springs, a compact city of around 13,000 residents, experiences a relatively high property crime rate for a Florida municipality. Police records indicate that authorities have been called to Johnston’s vicinity after midnight on several occasions, responding to unusual incidents such as vandalism, loud demands, and attempts to enter the property.

Johnston’s Sindicate 12 company was registered at his Doral residence, which he sold in 2020 for $830,000, but records from the Miami-Dade County Recorder’s Office reveal a $24,590 federal tax lien filed in 2019 against that property.

Miami Springs’ median household income is $73,991, with property taxes exceeding $50,000 if Johnston’s home sells for $2,500,000. Miami Springs has one of the highest property tax rates in the county, and estimated monthly mortgage payments are around $16,400.
