This prime site is earmarked for the development of ORA by Casa Tua, an ambitious 77-story condominium tower that promises to redefine luxury living in the area.
ORA by Casa Tua will feature 533 exquisitely furnished residences, each designed to offer a blend of elegance and comfort. Uniquely, these residences will be available for short-term rental immediately upon purchase, providing an attractive option for investors and residents alike. Sales for these coveted units commenced last year and have been met with considerable interest.
The site was acquired from Patagonian Investment Internacional LLC, marking a crucial milestone in the project’s progression. Complementing this acquisition, Fortune International Group secured a substantial $36,080,000 pre-development loan from Amerant Bank, ensuring the financial foundation for the project’s development is robust. The groundbreaking ceremony is anticipated to take place next year, setting the stage for the construction phase to begin in earnest.
