Fortune International Group and Blue Road have initiated construction on Nexo Residences, a condominium project situated in North Miami Beach. Since its sales launch in 2022, an impressive 70% of the units have already been sold.
Positioned at 13899 Biscayne Blvd., this 15-story development will encompass 254 fully-furnished residences, ranging from 531 to 2,190 square feet in size.
The project’s backers advocate for residents to have the flexibility to use their units as they see fit, including the option to rent them out when not in personal use. Moreover, Nexo Residences holds an EB-5 designation, enabling international investors who commit a minimum of $800,000 to the development to qualify for a permanent resident card, commonly known as a green card.
Blue Road CEO Jorge Savloff emphasized the area’s strong allure for both short-term visitors and long-term residents, citing its strategic proximity to esteemed South Florida attractions like Bal Harbour Shops, Aventura Mall, the beach, and a variety of high-end dining and entertainment venues.
The property will feature a range of on-site amenities, including a three-story arrival lobby and lounge, a pool deck with a jacuzzi, a fitness center, yoga studio, rooftop observatory deck, a children’s playground, an outdoor movie theater, and numerous versatile event spaces.
