Soccer legend David Beckham and fashion icon Victoria Beckham are set to purchase a sprawling Miami Beach mansion listed for $80 million, adding to their growing presence in South Florida. The couple, who already own a $19.8 million condo at the prestigious One Thousand Museum in downtown Miami, are now looking to acquire a luxury waterfront estate at 4736 North Bay Road.
This 14,270-square-foot spec home features nine bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, four half-baths, and state-of-the-art amenities, including a gym, spa, home theater, and a pool. The outdoor area offers a spacious lounge, kitchen, and 124 feet of water frontage. The property, designed by Choeff Levy Fischman with interiors by Antrobus Design Collection, sits on 0.6 acres and was developed by Niklas de la Motte.
The Beckhams’ latest acquisition follows a trend of high-end real estate transactions on North Bay Road, which has become a hotspot for Miami’s ultra-luxury market. Neighboring homes have fetched multimillion-dollar price tags, like the $45 million purchase by billionaire Barry Diller and the recent $23.3 million sale of another spec home on the same road.
This potential new home will further solidify the Beckhams’ ties to Miami, where David Beckham co-owns the Major League Soccer team Inter Miami CF, which recently made waves with the addition of soccer superstar Lionel Messi. The Beckhams continue to embrace Miami’s lifestyle, investing in some of the most sought-after real estate in the region.
