WiseX and Integrow Asset Management Introduced Real Estate Portfolio Management Services

WiseX, a cutting-edge realty investment platform, has partnered with Integrow Asset Management to introduce India’s inaugural sector-specific Real Estate Portfolio Management Services (PMS). The management of the portfolio will be overseen by Integrow Asset Management, leveraging WiseX’s advanced proprietary technology.

The fund’s objective is to empower investors in achieving alpha and risk-adjusted returns by concentrating on a diversified multi-cap portfolio within the real estate sector, as stated by WiseX. They mentioned, “The CREAM portfolio will be focused on the real estate sector as the sector is poised for growth and offers decent investment opportunities. The Indian real estate market presents a significant growth potential, with expectations to reach $1 lakh crore by 2030 and contribute nearly 13 percent to India’s GDP by 2025 as per the IBEF Real Estate Industry report. Substantiating this, the Nifty Realty Index has outperformed the benchmark Nifty 50 Index in its past 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, and 5 years’ time periods.”

The investment strategy combines income generation with potential gains, custom-tailored for the current volatile market conditions. This is accomplished through a multi-asset allocation with strategic diversification spanning listed equities, listed debt, and listed REITs. The portfolio will encompass the entire real estate ecosystem, including Construction Materials, Realty Developers, REITs, Housing Finance, and Engineering.

To further enhance asset evaluation, WiseX’s proprietary technology will monitor and assess over 3,500 securities, of which the top 30 will be ultimately shortlisted and integrated into the portfolio. The portfolio will be actively managed to pinpoint optimal exit and entry scenarios, establishing an alpha and surpassing the broader market index.
