Originating from humble beginnings as a Carpenter’s Apprentice in Brisbane, Australia, Damien’s journey to success is marked by a hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence. From crafting luxury homes in Aspen, Colorado, to contributing to development projects across the globe in locations like Florida, Turks and Caicos, Costa Rica, and Dubai, his experience is both extensive and diverse.

Equipped with a solid educational foundation, Damien honed his skills in Construction Theory at the Ithaca Institute in Brisbane, Australia, and furthered his expertise in Estimating and Construction Management at Colorado Mountain College.
