Securing the top position were units 2401 and 2402 at Bristol Tower, located at 2127 Brickell Avenue in Miami, which closed at an impressive $4.3 million. This sale equated to $734 per square foot and took 49 days to finalize. Patricia Orsini of Principal Realty listed the property, while Miriam Poggio of One Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer.
