Miami-Dade’s Top 10 Amazing Condo Sales from the Third Week of September

In the past week, Miami-Dade County saw a rise in condo sales, although there were decreases in total dollar volume, average price, and average price per square foot.

The data shows that brokers successfully closed 175 condo sales, amounting to $110 million. This is an improvement compared to the previous week, which saw 123 condo sales totaling $93 million.

The average price for units sold was $630,000, which is lower than the previous week’s average of $753,000. Similarly, the average price per square foot dropped from $576 to $504. These figures are based on data from condo.com. Condos typically spend an average of 63 days on the market before being sold.
