PropertyShark conducted an evaluation of residential transactions from January 1 to October 20 to identify the 100 most expensive ZIP codes in the country. Fisher Island’s 33109 ZIP code emerged as the most expensive in Florida and the third-most expensive nationally. This year, it ascended one spot from No. 4 to No. 3, marking the first time since 2017 that it regained a position in the top three. The $5.5 million median sale price also signifies a new record, as reported by PropertyShark.
The top-ranking ZIP code in the United States for median sales price is Atherton (94027) in San Mateo County, California, where the median sales price reaches $8.3 million. Following closely is Sagaponack (11962) in the Hamptons on New York’s Long Island, with a median sale price of $8,075,000.
