Miami Beach’s exclusive Fisher Island, well-known for its high-end real estate, has garnered attention for being the third-most expensive ZIP code in the United States, boasting a median home sale price of $5.5 million, according to a recent analysis by PropertyShark.

PropertyShark conducted an evaluation of residential transactions from January 1 to October 20 to identify the 100 most expensive ZIP codes in the country. Fisher Island’s 33109 ZIP code emerged as the most expensive in Florida and the third-most expensive nationally. This year, it ascended one spot from No. 4 to No. 3, marking the first time since 2017 that it regained a position in the top three. The $5.5 million median sale price also signifies a new record, as reported by PropertyShark.
